Make room for who you are beyond achievement.
Does this sound familiar?
You're capable. Accomplished. And exhausted.
You're the one people count on. You think deeply, care intensely, and hold yourself to a standard few others see.
But beneath the competence, your mind rarely quiets. Every decision gets replayed. Rest feels unearned. "Good enough" never quite is.
"Therapy can be a place where you don't have to impress anyone—including yourself."
How we'll work
Insight is powerful. Practice changes things.
I bring warmth, curiosity, and proven clinical tools to help you understand the patterns keeping you stuck—and practice a different way forward.
01
Feel understood
We begin human to human. No judgment, no pressure to have the right words. Just a space where you can finally say the thing you've been carrying.
02
Understand the pattern
Together, we make sense of what anxiety and perfectionism are protecting—and what they're costing you.
03
Try something new
Using practical, evidence-based tools, you'll build more flexibility, self-trust, and freedom in the moments that matter.

Specialized support using Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP).
- 04
Identity & life transitions
Space to reconnect with yourself through career shifts, loss, illness, and change.

Human first. Psychologist second.
MEET STACEY
LICENSED PSYCHOLOGIST PY10690
I understand high-pressure worlds—from the inside.
Before becoming a psychologist, I worked as an executive recruiter. I've also served as a Clinical Director in a hospital. I understand what it's like to operate in environments where the stakes are high, expectations are constant, and slowing down can feel impossible.
My style is warm, direct, and deeply human. I bring extensive training in evidence-based care, but the most transformative part of therapy is making sure you feel truly seen.
I also hold an MFA from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago, one of the top art schools in the country. I'm passionate about serving creative minds seeking to build new pathways to heal.
I'm also one of the few psychologists who take Medicare and TRICARE. I did that because I wanted to make care accessible to the people I would have worked with at the VA—in a boutique atmosphere, and without the administrative nightmare for the client.
